Stumbled upon this place online and made a reservation and they got us in New Years Eve! It was so cute and loved the ambience. I appreciated the small business style. We went there with no hurry and tried all the specials they suggested from appetizers, main course and dessert. Everything was so good! Such a fun and different menu. You can tell the chefs cook with love and creativity and the staff seem very happy there. We will definitely be back to support this local business
First time at Italia Trattoria and dropped in for brunch. Tried the French toast, croque madame and the fresh spring herb omelette. All excellent. We had a reservation for 1:30 pm on a Saturday and had most of the restaurant to ourselves. Coming back for dinner soon. Updated. We came for breakfast and had the baked eggs which we think are the best and the classic breakfast. The baked eggs for those on keto consider subbing out the polenta and add in Italian sausage. I’m sure it’s extra but it would be totally worth it.
Some friends and I came here for dinner. We didn't have reservations, but we're able to get seated. Food quality and service were both outstanding. We enjoyed our meals so much we made reservations to come for brunch. This didn't disappoint either. Pastries were fresh and delicious! Word of advice, go early as they sell out fast!
Order the bread service, it's such yummy bread! Me and hubs got the squid ink fettuccine and the gnocchi the fettuccine was very good, the gnocchi was a little bland but still good. Dessert we had tiramisu and bread pudding which were both fantastic! Service was great, drinks were good, and prices weren't bad. The only thing we didn't love was how close the tables are but it is a small restaurant so it's understandable.
Every bite from this dinner is still living rent-free in my head.
I recently ate here with my fiance for our anniversary. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great! Service was also attentive without being overwhelming. Wonderful and looking forward to returning again soon!
Italia Trattoria is certainly one of Spokane’s top restaurants. The ambience is simple but elegant, the service is friendly but not over-the-top, and the food is stellar.
Italia has been on my list for years but it’s definitely on the more expensive end so I hadn’t gone until last night and wow was it worth it.
A nice place. Server was very knowledgeable and accommodating for our table. I am a vegan, but she knew exactly how to substitute things on the menu for my diet. Top-notch service. Delicious food. Literally some of the best cooked mushrooms I ever had in my life. 🍄
